When you buy a bike from us in the store or come to collect your Click & Collect order we will adjust your new bike to fit you.
This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.
When you buy a bike from us you will get a free service within 6 weeks of taking delivery of your bike.
The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.

The RaceRocket Mini by Topeak is a compact and portable bicycle pump. With a length of only 16cm, it is designed to be easy to carry with you. The handle of the pump has been upgraded with a new texture, improving its overall quality and feel. The pump features the SmartHead® ThreadLock system, which fits both Presta and Schrader valves. Made from CNC aluminum and rubber, this pump is durable and built to last. It has a maximum pressure capacity of 120psi (8bar) and comes with a dust cap and core tightening tool. The RaceRocket Mini also includes a side mount bracket for convenient storage on your bike. With dimensions of 16 x 3.1 x 2.7cm (6.3" x 1.2" x 1.1") and a weight of 85g (3oz), this pump is lightweight and compact. It has a volume per stroke of 32.6cc, allowing for efficient inflation.
