When you buy a bike from us in the store or come to collect your Click & Collect order we will adjust your new bike to fit you.
This includes adjusting saddle height, saddle position and where possible adjusting the brake levers / gear shifters.
We will also adjust any accessories you have purchased with your bike where applicable.
When you buy a bike from us you will get a free service within 6 weeks of taking delivery of your bike.
The free service is put in place to make sure the bike you have purchased is running correctly and to adjust out any cable stretch that happens to any new bike.
The type of bike you have bought and the type of riding you have planned will affect how soon you need to book your free service.
However if you experience any issues at any time you should stop riding your bike and book your bike in for its free service immediately.

Experience the thrill of cross-country (XC) biking with the Rekon Race 29x240 120 TPI Folding 3C MaxxSpeed EXO TR. This semi-slick tyre from Maxxis sports a tread design borrowed from its trail variant, with smaller and shorter knobs perfect for hard pack surfaces.
Racers will appreciate its cornering control and high rolling efficiency features, making it an excellent choice for rear tyre pairing with a more aggressive front tread, or as a balanced front and rear tyre for short track racing.

Coming soon is the MaxxSpeed compound, which adopts silica as a filler in rubber polymer, creating a compound with enhanced performance features, such as reduced rolling resistance and improved wet traction for riders.
The EXO technology adds a highly cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material to the sidewalls of select mountain tyres, making it an ideal pick for rocky, treacherous trails where sidewall cuts and abrasions are likely.
The Tubeless Ready technology of these tyres provides riders with multiple benefits: ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, reduced rolling resistance, and lesser chances of flatting due to absence of a tube. Please note that use of liquid sealants in non-tubeless Maxxis tyres will void the warranty.
Lastly, the Wide Trail (WT) construction optimises tread layout, enhancing performance over traditional tyres. They are proven to work exceptionally well with 30-35mm inner rim widths depending on rider preferences.
